Great folders but missing items

These are great folders that are reinforced nicely and hold everything in them that I needed to file away. However I bought a 25 pack of folders but was only given 24 plastic tabs. I tried contacting customer service to have them send me another plastic tab so I can use my final folder but since I didn't order it online (I bought it in the store) they can do nothing to help me (even though it was their mistake by shorting me one plastic tab). Now I have to go out of my way and drive all the way to a Staples store to try to see if the manager at that store will give me another plastic tab or try to work something out so I can use the set I already have in my file cabinet and wrote on the paper tabs. Horrible customer service with a product that is missing tabs.
