These folders fit the standard drawers/hangers correctly. Best feature is the tabs which are bent a slight angle making it easier to read the labels particularly in the bottom drawers.

Staples 5 Tab Reinforced Hanging Folders

I am about to return the box as they are not wide enough to hang in my new standard size file drawers. The metal bars that are supposed to hang on the rails are not wide enough so the folders fall off the rail on one side. I will have to find hanging folders with wider metal bars or some other way to divide the folders in the drawers so as to sort them into categories.
