Going to be hanging around a long time

Colors make it easy to organize inside the drawer and help office staff process and file paperwork. The folders can hold plenty of papers without making a mess. Also the semi-rigid construction makes it easy to paper-clip/attach papers to them if necessary.

Folders are fine but stapler is not

I bought several items recently at a Staples including the hanging folders and a stupor. Stupor doesn't even work and I do not have time to return it. Very disappointed. I ended up having to throw it out. People that are busy need items that work.
