Colors make it easy to organize inside the drawer and help office staff process and file paperwork. The folders can hold plenty of papers without making a mess. Also the semi-rigid construction makes it easy to paper-clip/attach papers to them if necessary.

They are great at what they are for: hanging files. Of course paper's will fall out the sides if you carry them around but in a file cabinet they are great. No problems not complaints all good and I liked the bold jewel-tone colors that add variety or help me put like items together.

The only fault I found with the product was that 2 of the plastic tabs had to be trimmed a bit as they were not folded straight. Easy to do once i figured out why they did not work.
