Found one that is just too dark for me!

I enjoy a lot of the dark and bold coffees, my favorite so far has been the Sumatran Reserve. Seems as though it will remain my favorite. The Double Black Diamond was a bit too dark and a bit too bitter for me (even though no one else seems to agree). It has a deep dark flavor, but I find myself adding more cream and sugar to combat the additional bitterness compared to some of the other bold/dark coffees.
Pros: Pleasing Aroma
Cons: Slightly bitter
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

not for the faint of heart

This is the coffee version of an energy drink. It's got a great bold flavor that doesn't have a burned after taste. But, it's very strong, so don't drink it on an empty stomach. Being a night shift person, this is perfect for me.
Pros: Pleasing Roast, Not Bitter, Attractive Mouthfeel/Body
I would recommend this to a friend!

Amazing Extra Bold Roast!

This is an exceptional bold roast with great flavor and aroma with an incredibly smooth finish! I brew this in the morning in my travel mug, add a dash of Italian Sweet Cream creamer and I'm ready to go. Just amazing!
This coffee reminds me of the Espresso Blend in many ways, but at the end, and it's at the end which ultimately gives it a thumbs down, though a small one. The Espresso Blend from Green Mountain is my favorite all-around extra bold dark coffee thus far. This one has the level of dark, yet smooth flavor. Not particularly layered in its flavor, but at the end, the last taste is almost a slight licorice flavor. One of my least favorite flavors, it's a kind of herbal bitterness. Not huge, mind you, but enough to leave that flavor as the lasting one. Before you get to that note, it's a very nice coffee, but I'd go for the Espresso Blend for a similar coffee but without that note.
Pros: Smooth Taste, Attractive Mouthfeel/Body, Dark Rich
Cons: Unpleasant Aftertaste
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

My Absolute Favorite

I like bold, flavorful coffee. This is my absolute favorite.
Shazaam: you may believe this is not for the faint of Heart. I love Dark Magic, Sumatran Reserve and the bolder coffees. This is THE macho coffee, that we dream about. Very Very rich full flavored, yet not bitter like some strong coffees. Slightly smokey flavor and WOW, I believe that where I usually drink 3 cups in the morning this might do it in 1. Just ordered a sample pak,,,,, MISTAKE. Will certainly correct that on the next order.
Pros: Only need 1 cup not 3, STRONG BUT NOT BITTER, Exceptional/Interesting Flavor, Smooth Taste
Cons: none
I would recommend this to a friend!

This brew rocks! Strong but not bitter. More flavorful than the french roast. My go to afternoon coffee. Love it.
