Great All Around Razor

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Picked up the Philips Norelco OneBlade Hybrid about a week ago, and let me tell you. This razor is so versatile. As a man that has balding issues, I'm constantly cutting my hair, i recently started to just shave it completely. After using this product for the first time i was blown away! i was able to use it, in the shower, completely soaking it with no issues, not to mention i still was able to use shaving cream with this product to make sure the shave was super close to the skin. Not only does it end there, i was able to trim and line my beard up, all in one go! I highly recommend the QP6530 for anyone who wants a close shave, with no mess!!

Awesome Hair Trimmer

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I bought this to replace a cheap trimmer I bought years ago. I am now kicking my self I did not do it sooner. I wish that I had replaced this years ago. The OneBlade is fast and powerful. I use it to trim my facial hair every morning and the battery has lasted over a month. Also the blades have yet to dull even a little bit. The comb is also nice if you do not want to cut your hair all the way down. This is a great product I would recommend to anyone who shaves.

OneBlade does a decent shave.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] My first shave was less than my expectations! The trim went well, but the shave left the skin irritated. I thought I made a mistake with the purchase. Fortunately the second shave was much better. I changed the shave direction and technique which was less irritating to my neck. The shave was close and effective. I'm still getting used to using it and expect more improvements with time.
I like the fact that everything cleans up by running water over it. Nothing traps water and dries quickly.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I've been using this trimmer for the last couple weeks to edge and trim my beard. Overall I'm pretty happy with its performance and the convenient design of the adjustable length length guard. The upside of this trimmer is its compact design and narrow blade which allows for some precise trimming. The guard is great if you keep your beard at a fairly short length. The only downside I have found is that I get occasional hair pulls with it, which I haven't experienced with my previous trimmer

Great build quality and great for travel

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] There is no way to sugar coat it: this trimmer is bulky and awkward at first, but the reduction in loose pieces and waterproof design more than make up for that initial shock.
The “gimmick” here is a single blade clip that has a rotating dial to adjust the cut length. This replaces the typical “small bag” of clips in various sizes that other trimmers are sold with. this makes it great for saving us from more clutter. The trade off here is that this single adjustable clip is bulky to house the dial mechanics.
It makes for an awkward experience the first time you use the razor, but that feeling is instantly replaced by the feeling of a smooth, clean shave, even in the shower thanks to it being waterproof. the base blade on the trimmer is more compact and thinner than usual, but it is a replaceable blade. I hope it lasts a long time and does not need replaced often. A blade that could be cleaned, sharpened or oiled would have been preferred.
Altogether, this is a solid trimmer that is great for decluttering thanks to the single clip attachment. It also works really well for travel with the added bonus of being waterproof. There are 4 pieces in the package: the razor, the clip attachment, a plastic blade cover to use on the base blade (without the clip attachment), and a power cord. It would have been really nice to include a small travel pouch to keep these together and I am surprised that this was not included. The build quality on the razor itself is very good, and the attachment does have mechanical parts and is a big hunk of thin plastic, but it feels very Sturdy as well.

I only gave it 4 Stars because the blade in the back makes fine sculpting nearly impossible to do fine sculpting of beards and mustaches. Turning it on its edge as they suggest leaves a very noticeable and undesirable stable. If you lay it on top of the growth you wish to keep and shave against the growth for close sculpted
line, the rear blade makes a mess of it. I've suggested they make a blade without this rear blade but then it could no longer be called the OneBlade. Call it "OneBlade S" for Sculpting(?). In the meantime I just lay a piece of scotch tape over the blade and problem solved. This thing cuts anything it touches quickly - except your skin - so proceed carefully!
