pixel screen quality is outstanding the actual glass screen it self can easly be cracked when droped vs the older curved edge glass from 5 feet off the ground some how the curved glass version had more durability as fare as features 5 plus

I bought this in the beginning of July and this phone is pretty amazing. The call interpreter feature is really nice, kind of funky at times, but usable. The cameras are pretty nice, the zoom quality is better too. I've also used Galaxy AI to edit some pictures which are pretty seamless. Also, the titanium green is such a gorgeous color. Absolute must if you're thinking to get an online exclusive color.
The battery life is also really nice on this phone. It lasts me the entire day, watching shows and listening to podcasts or scrolling through social media.
I would recommend this to a friend!

I am very pleased with the new phone, but very displeased with the trade-in program. My old Samsung Note 9 phone was in very good condition, without cracks or scratches. It met all the criteria set forth for the trade-in program. The phone was protected by a heavy duty case and screen protector the entire time that I owned it. I thoroughly inspected and cleaned it prior to returning it to the designated facility in Texas. My packing of the trade-in was superior to that provided with the new phone that I had just received. Within a few days of shipping it, I received an email notice stating that I would receive a reduced credit for the trade-in because the case (not the screen) was cracked. Photos attached to the email were of low quality, 2 of 3 were duplicates, and were not close-ups of the alleged damage. Two duplicate photos appear to show dirt and scratches on the back of the phone, which were not present when it was shipped. Two of these photos are attached to this review. In the photos, the trade-in appears to be held by some kind of metal device. The trade-in was possibly damaged at the receiving facility; it certainly was not that way when it was sent there by me.
That being said, the new phone seems to be an outstanding, durable, high-quality device (as was the earlier Galaxy Note 9 model) with many new features. In particular, I am enjoying the much advanced camera features, better screen, and improved cooling capability.
