I just purchased this S23 Ultra 1TB, and it arrived last week. One thing that really bothers me is that I was not able to purchase a protection plan for this phone. I always purchase a monthly or 3 year plan to cover damage, loss or theft. But When I added the insurance to my purchase, I was notified that the insurance was not available in CA or DC. What is the reason for that? Otherwise I am happy with the phone. I wish Samsung would bring back the Micro SD card slot. It is a very useful feature. The factory branded Flip Cover Case does not fit well at all. The buttons are not lined up and it is difficult to activate the power on button.
I would recommend this to a friend!

I love my new s23 ultra. I like the features. Little hard to get help when you have questions though. I purchased a lot of wallpapers and watch faces that no longer work whhich is VERY disappointing. I also wish they would do a limited edition with gold color instead of or in addition to silver.

The camera features are so amazing, you can actually take a picture of the craters on the moon. The ease of switching is wonderful. The overall function compared to my last one is just above & beyond.

This phone requires 4 digit pin PLUS you have to hit the ok button to open it up. My previous phone only required 4 digit pin. :) The S pen does not remove easily. It "sticks" within the pen compartment. All my previous S pens have come out very easily. Other than that, I love it.

I wish it had a more curved display. All good, screen just scratches easually, cameras are good, strong water resisitant.

Loved the S23 Ultra

I originally purchased the S23 Ultra 1tb, l was very satisfied with the phone, especially the camera. Because of a cracked screen l had to replace the phone and decided to get the S24 1tb. I must be honest, l don't think that the S24 camera is as good as the S23. Please Samsung, fix the camera - l really don't want to have to go back to the S23 . The photos aren't as vibrant and clear. Please do something !!!
