The photos all look over compressed. The operating system has bugs. The phone is so heavy and big that it's not easy to keep it for photos. I take fewer photos now.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

paid a lot on Galaxy 23 ultra less than year ago, the rounded screen can't hold any glass protector for over a week so after few I replaced with sticker. broke the screen on the first drop! Samsung don't have screens in stock in Manhattan, such a main city, so they told me to ship my phone... what should I do without my phone? really unsatisfied.

Hey there GuyH, Thank you for finding the free time out of your busy day to share your thoughts with us about your Samsung Galaxy S23 Ultra. Your feedback is invaluable to us. Samsung provides a 12-month warranty on our products for manufacturing defects in materials and workmanship, linked below. Were you aware that the Galaxy S23 Ultra has the next generation in glass protection with Corning Gorilla Glass Victus 2 and an Armor Aluminum Frame which aids it in being water resistant in up to 1.5 meters of freshwater for up to 30 minutes based on an IP68 rating? All of these features help the Galaxy S23 Ultra in being one durable device! We also offer Samsung Care+ that can be added to your eligible devices to protect your investment? Samsung Care+ is great to have during those unexpected situations in life that we occasionally find ourselves in like leaving your phone behind on the train, having it stolen from your bag, taking an impromptu dip in the pool with your phone in your pocket, to dropping your phone and shattering the screen while bringing in that last bag of groceries. Talk about the ultimate peace of mind when it comes to protecting your investments! Our partners at UbreakIfix are on standby awaiting to assist you with any of you repair needs as well. We do recommend protecting your Galaxy devices with screen protectors and cases, linked below. Fun fact, we also have some fantastic videos available on our YouTube channel specifically designed for applying your screen protector. Check out the video titled, "Galaxy S23 Series: How to apply Screen Protector" for an easy step-by-step tutorial for the application of your screen protector. If you encounter any bubbles, just know that they will work themselves out over time! If you would like any further assistance, please feel free to contact Samsung Support when it is most convenient. Thank you for being a valued Samsung customer. - Debra

Repairability will keep me buying Samsung phones

I will let others tell you how wonderful the phone is to use. It's excellent. However, I want to explain how easy it is to repair it if you've broken it.
I had a rough time breaking this phone. It's the only one I've ever done damage to beyond a couple scuffs on the aluminum frame. I dropped it and cracked the back glass and the camera lens glass. That sucks. THEN I dropped it in water and damaged my wide angle camera. Wow. I was so upset, especially because I'm really careful with my devices.
The phone is obviously really expensive so I didn't want to shell out for another one. I tried looking for replacement parts, and to my surprise, I discovered I could get an original back glass and wide angle camera for less than $15 combined. That's great and all, but I've never opened up a phone and tried to replace something.
I followed a jerryrig everything teardown and was able to replace both components quite easily. There is very minimal glue (no alcohol required), Phillips head screws, only 1 screw length (except 1 screw), and NO PARTS SERIALIZATION unlike Apple. My phone is now in perfect working order again. The only exception is water resistance, but that is not Samsung's fault. The parts with the water resistance seal for the back glass are not available yet so it's just not a thing.
Repairability is legitimately a feature of this phone. With the horrible direction that electronics repair took over the last decade, Samsung's decision to change the design to a more repairable one should be applauded. Still not perfect (especially the battery), thank you for moving in the right direction, Samsung.
