Eh it’s ok

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Tape seems kind of flimsy compared to others and it split trying to get it started. I probably wouldn’t use this for my day to day package shipping. I thought it was tricky to get started in contradiction with the name. The holder tabs didn’t seem to hold the live tape edge well either.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

No Hassles Tape

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I really liked this product. I got it from 3M in exchange for my honest review. The Scotch Packaging Tape did unwind quieter than other tapes but it was definitely not silent. Finding the beginning of this tape was a breeze. My favorite part was that it was easy to start and didn't get all tangled with itself. This was a first. This is how a packaging tape should be. I'll definitely buy this in the future.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Scotch Sure Start Packing Tape works great! I was very pleased with the ease of use and the consistency. The tape didn’t get all bunched up and it was very easy to tear off pieces or wrap around boxes.

The best tape all around

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I am moving & the timing for trying this tape was perfect to receive this free product from 3M to evaluate. I love the dispenser that allows to tear the tape perfectly. I love the sure start roll that tears perfectly with each use. The tape is strong enough to tape boxes closed & keep them closed. I also used it to seal an envelope to mail. The dispenser is quiet unlike other ear piercing dispensers I have used before. It is very easy to use for those of us with arthritis. I am proud to use a USA made product using globally sourced materials & was surprised to find out the dispenser is made from recycled product. All around this is the best packaging tape to use. I was very lucky to be able to sample such an excellent product. I highly recommend it!

100% better than older versions of Scotch tape

Been using Scotch Heavy Duty Shipping tape forever but will be switching to this one when I use up the rolls I still have on hand. Actually, am tempted to donate my old ones and replacing with this one!

The sure start is easy to use from the first time to the last time. Tape is strong and does the job well and secures what you place the tape on your time. This tape dispenser is well worth the price.

Another Scotch Reliable Packing Tape

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Received The Scotch Packaging Sure Start Tape as a sample for review. Timing was perfect as we were packing items to move. The tape stayed stuck to the boxes, without the loud and ear screeching sounds typical of other packaging tape.
