Thick edges interfere with mouse tracking capabili

Purchased this to have mouse pad and wrist rest as one piece. The edges of the underlying rubber are thicker than in the middle area, creating a cupping effect. When the mouse gets close to the edges, the mouse can't stay flat against the surface and becomes unresponsive or has poor response. The area where the mouse will work is quite small. A compact, wired mouse works better than a wider, ergonomic wireless mouse, but still won't work well close to the edge of the pad. I'll have to go back to the flat, sticky back pad with a separate wrist rest.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

It's very disappointing.

I bought a 2 weeks ago. But I found the mouse point was constantly shaking.
So, I bought a wireless mouse..becouse I think this problem cause by a mouse..
But the problem was not resolved.
So, I sued another mouse pad. Then, the problem was disappered.
What makes this problem?
I was really disappointed whit this mouse pad..

Should Have Listened To The Reviews

I just received this mouse pad today after purchasing from another retailer and I'm immediately dissatisfied with the product. The edges curl up exactly as other reviewers have mentioned, making this a barely usable product. It's a shame because the wrist wrest is comfortable and is exactly the type of gel material I was looking for.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.
