Works for paint, not glazing

I used FrogTape while painting, glazing, and applying polyurethane on kitchen cabinets. It worked awesome to keep the paint and polyurethane off of the painted walls. However, glazing/stain seeped thru the tape at every edge. Luckily I still had wall paint to repaint all of the edges around every cabinet. I guess it isn't meant for latex glazing/stain? The package says it works for latex paint, but doesn't mention latex glazing.
We just painted our bedroom, and used a blue painter's tape for most of the room, but ran out toward the end of taping off the ceiling. We used frog tape to tape off about 1/4 of the ceiling. The lines between the new wall color and the ceiling were crisp and clean where we used frog tape and a bit blotchy for the rest of the ceiling. We will be using frog tape for ceilings from now on!
This is a wonderful product. It gets the job done and you don't have to worry while using this tape. It sticks very well but will not pull off the paint.
i used it to cover the sides of the widow frames so i could paint next to them and i didnt get any paint on them.also used it on the baseboards so i could paint without it getting all over them
I had used the "other" tape that is blue and it ruined my tile in my bathroom. I recently used Frog Tape to paint my kitchen wall after a new door was put in. I had to touch up the wall without getting any on the new door. It worked perfectly!! no complaints at all. Easy up easy down.
