Just used it for first time about 3 months ago when we repainted my mother-in-laws entire house !!! Great stuff, made everthing so easy, and gave us perfect lines !!!!

DOES NOT WORK AS PROMISED

I purchased "Frogtape" because I saw it on TV. I attached it to the wall because I had to paint the door frame. When I took the "Frogtape" off the next day it also took off the paint, so now I have to paint all the walls, because there is no touch up paint - the walls must have been painted more than 4 years ago, because that is when I purchased my condo.
"NO - I WILL NOT BUY THE TAPE AGAIN AND WILL STICK WITH MY REGULAR MASKING TAPE, WHICH I USED FOR YEARS"

Frogtape is the Best

The Frogtape is awesome for it delivers greatly when working with small details and different types of paints at the same time. I have tried other brand tapes, but Frogtape supersedes all others for it holds, and it does not damage surfaces.

Perfect for freshly painted areas and delicate ceiling lines

Wow, this stuff really works. The most important thing to consider is that you have got to really press on the contact edge to guarantee a really crisp line - for example, I'd just put it up in sections and then run the corner of a credit card or plastic card along the inside edges to make a tight contact line. From there, it was dead simple to paint my lines and edges. I also find that as you get to the end of the roll, it's a bit difficult to pull off long sections because of the 'curl' that leads the tape to roll around on itself - it's easy to resolve if you're paying close attention and handling carefully while removing, but if you just pull and tear you may get tape roll-ups. Removing this stuff is a breeze, and the only pulls I got were actually the little defects in my ceiling paint application - the tape actually made it easier to identify those tiny spots for touch-up (the tape would pull tiny spots of loose ceiling paint that had not set in a dent or groove, so a quick joint compound touch-up and ceiling paint touchup in a few inches of occasional space where a ceiling met a wall.
My advice: take your time, prep slowly, really watch the lines as you lay it down along edges. Take the time to really press on that outside contact edge (e.g. with a plastic card that won't tear the tape) and painting will be fast work.
Oh, and I've been saving all of those nice little snap-top containers for storage of small hardware stuff! They're also awesome as portable spill-proof dogbowls, food containers, etc. :)

I have tried several tapes over several years and Frog Tape is actually one of the best I have used, it is easy to use and clean up is even easier

Fantastic produce

Just used the Frogtape Multi Surface tape to stripe a textured wall with 5 different colors of paint. I was skeptical about attempting this project because of the textured wall. I searched on line and found the wonderful website for Frogtape and the suggestions for use on a textured wall. My project was finished with ease and looks perfect. Clean up and use was very easy. My home will NEVER be without a roll of Frogtape!
