We bought this when redoing our bathroom, today we taped to paint the trim. The paint was of for 4 hours. Now we have to repaint the walls, as we took the take off it made bubbles in the wall and peeled paint off down to the dry wall.

Hello! We are so sorry to see that FrogTape pulled the paint off of your bathroom wall. When fresh paint lifts like this, it is an indication that the paint underneath did not make a complete bond to the surface, and there are many variables that play into the curing process. This is a big NOPE for me. I am OBSESSIVE when it comes to taping. Tried this tape 2 different times now and both times it has bled onto my baseboards.

Hi Aimee. We are sorry to hear about your experiences with FrogTape. To prevent paint bleeding its best to go over the edge of the tape with a firm plastic tool like a putty knife or plastic card. If you are painting on a textured wall, it is best to run a thin coat of your base color along the tape edge first. Doing so activates the PaintBlock Technology and also ensures any initial bleed through that may happen will be the same base color as your wall.
I used this tape today to protect my cabinets while painting and it took the stain off of them.

Hi Kathy! We are sorry to see that FrogTape took the stain off of your cabinets. The Multi Surface FrogTape (green) is best used on unfinished wood, while the Delicate Surface FrogTape (yellow) is best used on finished wood.
I just bought my first house and wanted to do everything right so I purchased frog tape 5 rolls needless to say very expensive. I waited 3 days to tape the wall that was painted first, then when I type it off it type the paint with it so disappointed.
Peels paint off with it. Thought spending the extra money would get me a better product. I was wrong

In painting our great room, kitchen, dining and hallway we have come to love what Frogtape can do in making our paint job PERFECT! Using this tape is a great way to get crisp lines where the ceiling meets the walls and for all our white painted trim!
The paint bleeds through, I have cerebral palsy and just doesn’t hold up as expected I tend to get very frustrated cuz I have to redo the lines overl over. When trying to do a gift to on a timeline and having to do it and over cuz the other paint bleeds through not good.

Sorry, FrogTape, you are no better than standard blue painters tape. After doing four other accent walls with blue painters tape (and having to do touch-ups when done) I finally broke down and bought a roll of your tape. I used it on my last small wall with hopes your claim would ring true and I wouldn’t have the headache of the same touch-ups I had to do before with Blue. Unfortunately yours was only a tad better, if that. Not worth the extra $. Sorry! I gave it a shot.
