It is definitely taking longer to straighten my hair. I’ve had many in the past from the brand. But this one has a much shorter straightening surface. It will do the job just wish it was similar to the other ones.

Stopped working after 1 year

Received as a gift for Christmas. Stopped working after 1 year :/ the lights on the display still work and it appears to turn on but the plates won’t heat up. Hopefully the warranty will cover it so I can get it replaced.
