Just getting going with this dual fuel range. Seems very nice. We are wondering about the electric oven though. The propane stove top is excellent. The oven light doesn't go out to indicate that the selected temperature is reached. We aren't certain that the oven is heating properly, it doesn't seem like 400 or 500 degrees when we place it on those settings. We will be getting a thermometer to verify. It seems like 200 degrees if that.

I am very happy with my purchase. The range is quite well made and crafted with the best amenities for a range in this price range. The burners are strong, the oven and broiler work beautifully. So far, so good! I recommend this range.

Good Stove at a Good Price

I bought this stove a little less than a month ago and overall am please with the decision. I have the KFX480 with the Ekynox Fire burner and this thing is amazing! It produces a TON of heat for stir frying or getting my cast iron extremely hot. Plenty of room on the cooktop so that the work space doesn't feel crowded.
The only reason(s) I don't give this 5 stars is that the quality appears to be just short of perfect. Our stoves LED on/off button did not work and the LED's were on constantly and one of the oven indicator lights was not installed correctly. Replacement parts are being delivered and covered under the warranty. Also, there appears to be a lot of slop in the gas valves controlling each burner. The burner is on full when it lights but you don't see any reduction in intensity as you turn the valve until you get past medium. All of the control seems to be in this last little area. Maybe you can take the knobs off and adjust the sensitivity of the valve? Lastly, our stove did not ship with the cast iron griddle so I need to call about that. All in all, I'm still very satisfied with stove and customer service has been very responsive so far. The added bonus is that the unit comes with a 4 year warranty to provide extra peace of mind.
