Both AirPods was defective. I could barely hear anything even at 3/4 max volume. The box was also damaged.
At least the support team answered quickly and return was easy. But product was a total mess.

I had spent 6-8 months researching what kind of wireless earbuds to purchase. My criteria were that they needed to be noise, canceling, water-resistant, and sound great. I had continually seen that the AirPods ranked towards the top of each review, and article I looked at. So, I decided to take a leap of faith with them, and boy was I impressed. They are comfortable, the battery is long-lasting, the noise cancellation works great, they charge quickly, and they don't fall out of the ear easily. I cannot believe that I waited so long before I made the purchase, and it is hard for me to imagine there being anything better at this price point. I must tip my hat to apple on this one.

I just received the airpods and all i can is on how badly used these are. It is absolutely disgusting, the case is all scratched up, the ear buds have black guck on them. This is not an open box item, this is an item that has been used for months, that the seller has sold to me as "open box". The seller should make it more clear on how the items condition is, instead of lying about it and calling it an open box item.

very good product. Noise cancelling feature works wonderfully. Will still use beats for jogging to prevent accidental loss.
