Much better than I expected. Sound is really good. Excellent for conference calls. IwS really surprised how good the noise cancellation is. Easy to use using the I phone controls.
Easily synced to all my Apple devices through I cloud.
Same quality I have come to expect from Apple.
Happy with the purchase and a great price from Best Buy.

Great product, disappointed in BBY shipping

Air pods work great, and have excellent quality sound. Improved over the first generation.
Frustrated by the shipping time with Best Buy. I understand that couriers faced some delays, but it took Best Buy 10 days just to process the order, not a great experience this time.
I would recommend this to a friend!

Very uncomfortable

Good sound and convenience in use and would love to use them, if not for one big NO: they are super uncomfortable and painful for ear canals. It is surprising and and even disappointing, when the regular AirPods were so convenient you would even forget they’re in the ear, while Pro version is nothing close to that. Pain in 5- 10mins of use, changing tips size having no effect.
Depends on individual, of course, but seems the pain problem affects lots of people (googling), along with other tips issues. Hoping Apple will consider this issue in next generation model.
Meanwhile make sure you purchase from the seller that allows open box returns or you risk to stuck with unusable item.

If you have the money buy these

I used to own the power beats 3 and I decided to upgrade to the Airpod pros instead of the power beats pros. Greatest decision I've ever made, the noise cancellation is amazing and they're more comfortable than the power beats. As well these are so much more convenient to carry with you. The only complaint is these aren't good to do sprints in, but then again these aren't advertised as a pair of headphones that you can work out in. That said though I've taken these to the gym and jogged in these and taking my dog on several walks without any issue. I would recommend that anyone who gets these to buy a case and the memory foam ear tips. I'm a very clumsy person and honestly, when you drop your brand new AirPods pro case on the ground it isn't a good feeling. I bought the memory foam ear tips because my ears are shaped weirdly and after some time it feels like they're going to come out. The memory foam ear tips just solve that problem. I would highly recommend Comply Foam Tips on amazon.

Needed to get new headphones for work and these are amazing! Super easy to set up and link to my phone and laptop, great for presentations and for everyday use.

Amazing Earphones!

For the longest time I didn't give into the craze and hype of Apple AirPods Pro, but as I found myself purchasing more Apple products, it got annoying using different wired earphones (lightning for iPhone, USB-C for iPad). I finally got these when they were on sale and I'm so happy I did. They work so seamlessly with all my Apple products, the sounds is fantastic, and the noise cancelling actually does cancel noise! I love the transparency mode most of all!
