They are more comfortable than the previous generation but they don't stay in my ears well (I tried all the sizes) they kept falling out throughout the day. They don't give off really loud sound, I felt like I couldn't get them loud enough. I am not to sure with the noise cancelling, I would say they are more "noise reducing", I can still hear everything around me (it didn't matter if I switched between the different noise functions, it was all the same)
I really don't know if I got a dud set or not, but I have HUGE regret buying these

Great headphones overall but they don’t fit even as well as the first gen AirPods and are missing that wow factor I was hoping for. Hard to keep clean as well.

U have to pull out ur phone to control ur headphones no skip songs or volume adjustment. And no returns on headphones due to covid like u can’t clean them
