Upgrade time!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] So, I got the new Z Flip 6 because it was time to upgrade from my S20. I really wanted to give the foldable screen a chance, and I'm very pleased to say that it has exceeded my expectations. That being said, under the hood, this phone is awesome! I never knew what I was missing. Everything is snappier and looks really good. There are a slew of Samsung products (apps) you can download from their Galaxy store, so you feel like you don't have to have a bunch of preloaded apps but also have the option to customize it all.
I chose this generation to upgrade for two reasons: the first being that it comes preloaded with Samsung AI, which I used to check my grammar for this review, and also because I was already using other Samsung products and decided to upgrade my watch and buds too, all of which was a seamless experience. There is actually so much more I could say about this phone!

I love my Samsung phones

They Both are wonderful phones. I have the z flip and love the speed it upgraded from a 8gig to a 12gig. The new generation 3 operating system seems to be much better. The graphics are so clear. The flip suit cases with the LED are pretty awesome. My husband thinks the z fold should have them.
I havent tried any of the AI features yet but will as soon as I can. We are a Samsung family and have been for years.

great hardware, mediocre software

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I use my galaxy flip 6 as my daily driver. So far I absolutely love it. However I do have complaints. The AI features are few and far between, they have some uses but nothing like I would want like being able to locally search and organize photos and files. Bigsby is also still very weak, it can't do a lot of basic things. The software customization is also very very limited and needs a lot of third party software to be able to do basic things like app widgets on the cover screen. The phone itself is fast, the screen crease is negligible, the phone itself seems to be manufactured really well. I have no complaints about the physical device! I wish the software was less restrictive and would just let us choose what we want for things. Also, the galaxy store is incredibly bare bones with very poor UI, making it hard to find and pick themes, and app icon packs, both of which are also very limited.

A lot of improvement

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] There's been a lot of improvement from the flip 5 to flip 6. Galaxy AI is a nice touch for photo editing and some of the other monotonous tasks I do on my phone. However, I'm impressed with the improved battery life and improved camera. There's still room for growth, but it's definitely a step in the right direction. Hopefully the next one will check the rest of the boxes.
