Great idea needs improvement

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The Z fold6 was a nice idea. Unfortunately it fell short in many areas. The battery life was subpar. It would last an entire day. The camera needed better resolution. Photos were too washed out. I had several issues with the phone that Samsung support would not fix unless I sent the phone in for repair leaving me without the phone for two weeks. In a world where we live in our phones daily that is not an option. That was the final reason for me to switch to another brand. It’s a shame as I own many Samsung devices. My only request would be to have a support division that understands the requirements for a smart phone in today’s world. And a loaner or do an exchange. Don’t leave the customer with bad choices. I loved my S24 Ultra.

I love my Z Fold 6

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I really love using Bixby. However, Google keeps trying to make me accept Gemini in chats or apps and I prefer my AI Assistant Bixby. It took me some time to learn about this phone and I am absolutely pleased with my Galaxy Z Fold 6. I am going to review Galaxy Z Fold 7, however, I will not purchase it if it charges me for simple use of the phone: ei... monthly charge to use AI, or any other types of original use. I'm older and not up to date with all of the New add ons that are included when you purchase the phone. After I have purchased a new phone and then I'm required to pay more to operate it, it isn't fair, and should be explained up front before my purchase. I'm on a fixed disability income and have to finance my purchase, it isn't fair to find out I must pay additional fees to just operate it. I do absolutely love my phone's keyboard when I open my Fold, the keyboard is larger and I can see it better. Also, it's easier to tap on the correct letters. Thanks for letting me review my fabulous Galaxy Z Fold 6!!

Although the product is foldable and that has not worn out I can not review this aspect because my phone fell out of my pocket and the inside display is now unusable.
I would recommend selling the phones with a basic clear gel case to prevent this.

Galaxy Fold 6.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I love the galaxy ai feature on my galaxy fold six I use my phone from the moment I get up to the moment that I go to bed. I use it unfolded when I am around friends. I can share my photos recipes or anything else that requires a large photo. i have never had any problems with my Galaxy Fold 6. The quality of the photos is just incredible. Recently, I learned that when it has zoomed all the way out to like 30 x, that it is like a 2000 mm lens on a regular camera. I have blown photographs from the 30X zoom to a twenty by twenty four inch photograph with little to no loss in detail. The lens system in this cell phone is just absolutely incredible. So much so that I don't even use my 35 camera anymore.
I very much like the panoramic feature for photographs. i use it in conjunction with my Galaxy Watch 6. They are a great combination and a must for anyone who is serious about it. I love having the ability to get notifications.
