[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I got this specifically to take notes on! I love it! Samsung notes is truly amazing. I take my tablet everywhere. I do wish I had Galaxy AI capabilities. I want to be able to drag and drop images to make stickers in my notes

Coming from a Note 20 Ultra, this was a substantial update in every way. It's got tons of storage, the fold screen is huge, and all cameras are an update. I like the fingerprint sensor on the side button.
Just a few weeks in, I'm noticing some less great things about it. As a phone, it's not ideal. Both the receiver and speaker are not great at picking up your speech and easily heard, respectively. It's thick, not unmanageably so, but thick. It's also hard to imagine a really good case solution - I'm running the Spigen Slim Armor Pro as a balance of protection and compactness. It works, but I feel both wary of taking it anywhere it might drop and as though it might come off at any second. And the front screen, while good, has less real estate than my Note 20 Ultra did, and it's noticable.
That said, where else are you going for a phone with this much real estate? It takes a lot of strain off your eyes when you're looking at it. I can edit GoPro videos in Quik more easily (which is now necessary since GoPro stopped supporting desktop applications). The only real competitor is the Pixel 9 Pro Fold, and at this stage there are too many tradeoffs for me to try one of those. I hope I'm happy with this 2 years from now.

About to purchase my fold 6. Well that is if the price is right. I mean you'd think they'd help me out. I've had the fold 2,3,4 and this is the 5. S month after I lost my insurance my inner screen went black.

Best phone i ever had, multi tasking is hands down the best since sliced bread, also just having a bigger screen at a unfold is nice, the front it takes some getting use to but tolerable.

Some issues on bottom right of larger screen where I have to press harder for it to recognize my touch or the Samsung fold spen touch. Other than that, it's been great!

So i bought this phone as soon as it was available i traded in my z fold 5 which was a really solid phone. So I've noticed some pros and cons mostly cons compared to the z fold 5. The z fold 5 worked great for calls. All my calls came in clear and fine. On the Z fold 6 I've noticed my calls aren't as clear as the z fold 5. Could be just my specific phone maybe mine is defective but calls aren't as clear. 2nd i download a lot of movies on my phone then mirror them on the TV. Never had a problem doing this on the Z Fold 5 the movies came in clear and smooth. The z fold 6 on the other hand for some reason as I'm watching the mirrored movie on my TV every once and a while it skips or lags and of course it's super annoying especially since this phone is supposed to be better and faster. I never had that problem with the Z Fold 5. I'm just hoping maybe I got a defective model and if someone from samsung is reading this I would love to send this phone back and replace it to see if it was just the phone I got. The only better thing this phone does compared to the Z Fold 5 is play video games better. I tried to play the Wind Waker on the Z Fold 5 and it skipped way too much but on the Z Fold 6 it actually works great so props to that. Being able to play a gamecube game like that on ur phone is pretty cool. I love the fold phones and I get a ton of compliments when people see mine. When I show people pictures they say wow what phone is that. I've owned the Z Fold 2, 4, 5, and now 6 and honestly until they make a tri fold or slide phone this will be the only phone I will ever buy again. I would of gave the Z Fold 5 a 4 star rating cause they can always make it better but I really hope samsung will read this and consider trading me another Z Fold 6 for the one i have because I think i got a bum phone. That's why I gave MY Z Fold 6 a 3 star rating and that's too bad. 😕

Samsung has always made high-quality devices, and this is no different. This is my first folding phone, I've always been hesitant because of the hinge and screen technology, but it was something I wanted to try.
This, by no means, is the perfect folding phone, and you can still see the crease, but it definitely seems like its come a long way based on other's comparisons.
I'm a fan of having a large screen when unfolded to see my google sheets, which was hard to do/navigate in my Galaxy S24 Ultra. The front screen is nothing to write about, as it is smaller (sadly), but I am finding it easier to navigate using 1 hand. So lots of the gestures I use to navigate or on Outlook are much easier to perform.
I am definitely a fan of this phone, and would say if you are upgrading from an older phone, i.e. Ultra S21 or older fold, then I would recommend giving this a try, but if your primary phone is S23/S24 Ultra, upgrading is up to your personal preference.
I did swap my phone, because I couldn't pass up on the deal, and as mentioned in the beginning, really wanted to give a Fold phone a try.

Having nearly every full that's been made so far I can honestly say this is the best hold yet and the Galaxy AI is just some incredibly useful and resourceful tool I don't think there's anything I'd change about this cold at all it feels great in the hand nice and thin but yet sturdy it doesn't feel bulky or overly cumbersome the display is just gorgeous really Samsung knocked it out of the park this time I couldn't be a happier
