This is the second version of this device. One would think that they would have the "bugs" out of it, but they do not!
Both screens will lock up randomly, with the only way to recover is to either open or close the device.
And at this price point, the "pen" should be part of the sale. Shame on Samsung forcing me to purchase the pen separately.

And to top it off, my Samsung account had issues, I lost most of my contacts attempting to use the so-called easy transfer software. don't do it. Go to a store and have them transfer ALL of your contacts. I have no way to contact most of the lost contacts that were accumulated over 15 years.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

They phone itself is amazing. I love all the features it has, screen is amazing and the feel is sturdy. The only reason it got a 4 star is because of the camera. You pay soo much for this phone to have an ok camera.. not even ok.. the s24 ultra has a way better camera.

I do like gt he size of my S22 Ultra screen better for a front screen. The Z Fold is lighting fast though. It is very to use just small when folded. I am 6 ft 4in and the phone feels much smaller.

Love this phone. I'm older and wear glasses, so I thought this phone would help and it does! Anytime I need to read something small, I open it up. It is super fast and the battery is long lasting. I'm still learning all that it can do and having fun doing it. The camera is amazing.
