This review is from a user who upgraded from an S10+. Which i have used for 5+ years without damage or issues. I have been using the fold for almost 1 month now.
The phone is great. The split screen functionality and bigger screen are the main selling points for me. Every other functionality and uses are good but not top tier. When buying the fold you should keep in mind the weight and size as it is a fold. It does not bother me but for those who like to be light weight should proceed with care.
The small issues I am discovering near the 1 month end are some dead pixels appearing. Currently they are small and does not bother me but for the price of the phone I find it very irritating. It's possible it can get worse and for being just a month in I find that unacceptable.
I was able to buy the phone for around 1.2k. It's good but not perfect. There are some issues that samsung needs to addess.
I would recommend this to a friend!

Love this phone. I was a little skeptical thinking it was too big or bulky or weigh too much, but no not at all it's a perfect size. And when you unfold it it's like a mini tablet, perfect now if I can only find the pen that goes with it I'd be happy because it does not come with a pen
