We were very grateful to receive a complementary HEPA filter for our new Ibuki air purifier. Since our unit is new, we have not needed to install the new filter, but it’s so good knowing it’s there when we need it. The purifier itself is working great and we really like the quietness of it in addition to all of the other features. A top notch product, which we have recommended to many friends and family members. You cannot go wrong having this in your home.
