I have been using this product for more than 4 months without any issues. The spoon, measuring cup and steamer basket are included with the product. I would definitely recommend it to anyone.

I recently purchased this rice cooker, and I couldn't be happier with my decision. It cooks rice perfectly every time, whether I’m making jasmine, basmati, or brown rice. Lose the 'measuring' cup - it's crap

The cooker is great but what is it with the ridiculous 'measuring' cup and all the measurements in the instructions. Why not just use standard measures and save all of us the trouble of translating the instructions into real measurements.
