First time used and produced wonderful fluffy white rice. Didn’t stick in the pot, unlike other cookers. Low carb option sounds like a good choice.

This is an amazing rice cooker that has so many features that all function very well. It cooks fantastic tasting rice - both long and short grain variety. Steaming vegetables is very easy! The low carb rice function works very well too -- I noticed much less starch in the rice I cooked especially the short grain variety. Also, the rice cooker is very reasonably priced and cooks as well as my previous Zojirishu rice cooker which was significantly more expensive when I bought it over 10 years ago!
I totally recommend the Starfrit Low-Carb 14-Cup Rice Cooker!

We recently purchased the Starfrit Low Carb Rice Cooker, and we are extremely happy with it. The cooker truly does what it promises by reducing the carbs while still delivering great-tasting rice. It’s easy to operate, well-designed, and perfect for anyone looking to eat healthier without giving up rice. Definitely worth the purchase!
