Worst Fridge Ever

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I bought this fridge in April and I have had the repairman here to replace the motor starter capacitor twice and the seal on the freezer door once. The freezer is still icing up and there is still ice in the back of the lower section.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Lots of freezer space with out the ice maker

Great quality for the price, needs new compressor

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The build quality is amazing for the price point. Drawers glide easily and everything else is what you would expect from a refrigerator at this price/configuration. However, the compressor makes a lot of noise when running. For example, it resonates in our shower which is located on the other side of the refrigerator. As a consumer (and a product engineer in another life) I find this unacceptable, irrelevant of technology/efficiency improvements. A technician did diagnose the refrigerator promptly, he explained that the compressor might be noisy by design, but they will attempt to replace it as he agrees that a certain frequency might be out of range. Time will tell if they can reduce the noise it produces. If we get it to an acceptable level, I would score this refrigerator 5 out of 5.

Love the Look

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Love the look and layout of this fridge. However a few comments for your consideration 1) would be nice to have a freezer light 2) only adjustable leg is on front left - really needed one on the right as well, so am using a block of wood to level.

Frustrating unrepairable issue

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I got this to replace the one I had that was deemed unrepairable. This new one is doing the same thing the first one did and I am beyond disappointed. It was an inconvenience to say the least to have to replace it at only 6 months old but to have the same issue happening with the replacement is very frustrating. I am not sure how to proceed as it seems to be a defect in the appliance at large. I wonder if a different model will have the same problems or if I need to try a different brand altogether....
