[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Loved the door area for condiments and beverages. However found the control on the freezer hand to get to if the freezer is full. This is a large frig and works for me.

Only one concern

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I am very satisfied with my refrigerator and it does not make a lot of noise like my last one. But there was one thing that concerns me. I called Whirlpool but they could not give me an answer. I keep a few thermometers in both the freezer and the refrigerator section. Although everything is staying cold, it concerns me that the freezer will be on zero and the refrigerator will be on about 32 degrees. Then the compressor goes off and the freezer will reach 15 degrees and the refrigerator section 40 degrees. Then the compressor will start up and the freezer and refrigerator temperatures will go down again. I am wondering if this is normal, but could not get an answer when I called Whirlpool.

Love the door shelves!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I specifically chose this model because of the door shelves. I love the large gallon sized shelves and love that I can move them up and down. Finally I can fit an opened bottle of wine in the fridge without playing tetris! The moveable deli drawer is also a very nice feature. I am convinced the freezer holds more than my old fridge did even though the external fridge dimensions are the same.
I would like a little more control over the refrigerator temperature. The 'most common' setting is a little warmer than I would like and the next step up is too cold. If it was an old fashioned dial, I would just set it in between the two. I've set up a thermometer in the fridge so I can relearn what to keep where on the 'most common' setting. The freezer temperature is just fine.
