Cup is damaged :( it says dishwasher safe, but it ruined the cup. Not worth the price

These are very well insulated for the lid to be composed of plastic. I left ice in it one night, and most of the ice was still there the next morning!

ONLY ONE PROBLEM - the wide open straw. Stanley, please include a cap for the straw with each purchase. Bonus if it can be tethered to the handle. Double bonus if you send me two. ;-) You also could make both available for minimum purchase. If anything ever happened to the straws, we don't know what we'd do.

Lid difficult to open!

Extremely hard to get the lid off. I’m 51 and live alone. Impossible for me to open and close without assistance.

Orchid 40 oz

I received my orchid cup with a huge brown mark on the handle. So I returned it and they won't refund my shipping fees so I'm not very happy. Definitely won't be ordering anything again.
