Damaged product - lack of customer service

The tumbler looks great and probably works just as well, but there is a dent in the bottom .This prevents the tumbler from sitting level on a surface without wobbling. I purchased it as a Christmas gift and have been trying since December to get customer service to provide a Return Authorization. I filled out the online form and then called several times, but never got an answer. I hope if you order one of these, you don’t need to return it or have a warranty issue.

I don't think I have ever been this good about drinking water. Having the handle is so much better than a regular Yeti type cup and the fact that it fits in my cup holder with no issues is just a huge plus. I have had it in my hand for a solid 6 weeks. I gave these for gifts at Christmas also and each recipient has LOVED their tumbler! Thank you for a fabulous product!
