Except I got the wrong color. Haven’t heard back from customer service. It was right before Christmas.

Loving - Downfall Lid - Not Leak Proof

Love this cup...defiantly makes me drink more throughout the day.....The only downfall, I didn't realize was the lid was NOT leak proof when the straw was out and the dial was in the closed position I sometimes like to take a premade drink with me to work/gym for later in day and carry in backpack and found out hard way lid was not leak proof. Hopefully this is something that Stanley can work on.

I never realized how easy it could be to hydrate! If I forget to grab my Stanley when I leave the house I become parched! 🤪😁

The best cup I’ve ever purchased! I use it every day. It keeps my water cold all day long. Very easy to clean and aesthetically pleasing.

Replacement parts are necessary

My lid broke after the first use. Granted, it fell out of a cup holder, but it broke and apparently I cannot get a replacement. I have an email into the company as well as a question into the "chat", but have not heard anything. I have another large tumbler, which is very similar, which I dropped in a similar way and it did not break. I am going back to that one. I had bought a second one as a gift, because I bought into the hype, but I will be returning it. It did a great job of keeping the drink cold. It gets heavy, but that is understandable because of the size.
