Great cup, bad service

Love the cup itself. Came with a bent straw which after trying to use it ended up with a hole where the bend was. Contacted support and never heard back.

i love my new stanley! the color is perfect and the new model does help with spills. it doesn’t completely stop spills, but it does spill a lot less than the original model. i highly recommend

Not worth the hype

The quencher is not worth the hype. Do not keep things cold longer than my reuse tumbler which is also half the cost of this one. The company is also terrible. My first order got lost in the mail and I was never reimbursed. I placed a second order before I knew the first was lost or I never would've kept this product. I definitely do NOT recommend.
