No leak proof

Really upset that the cup is actually not leak proof. Water comes out the turning thing on lid.

Wish straw was rubber. Love that it’s dishwasher safe and love the handle. Lid is hard to get off.

Best cup I’ve ever purchased. I take it everywhere with me. Purchase one for my dad as well, he has Alzheimer’s. Easy for him to use and I don’t worry about it slipping out of his hands with the handle.
