This thing is really well-made! It gives my 2 Chihuahuas plenty of room to ride together. It is perfect, too, as a really smooth running stroller for them, too.

After searching online for such a long time for a doggie trailer, we finally decided on the Aosom Elite II.? It turns out that this is a very quality product that we feel comfortable trailing our young Italian Greyhound (Luigi) behind when riding our bicycles. Granted the installation instructions were pretty vague, but the couple questions we had were quickly answered after watching a YouTube assembly video on the Aosom Elite II.? Another nice thing about this model is that if you are only using it for a trailer, you do not have to put the push bar or front tire on which would only add weight.? The biggest question of all was will the Luigi like it?? He not only likes it

Our 10-lb. miniature dachshund Linny loves her new Aosom Elite II trailer/stroller! We love that Linny can comfortably and safely join us for bicycle rides.The purchase of extra Type 'A' Hitch Coupler makes it easy to move the trailer from one bicycle to the other. We also furnished Linny's new ride with a Reddy Indoor/Outdoor Dog Bed, 32" L X 24" W, purchased from a local pet store. It provides added cushion plus a 6" boost for a better window view given Linny's petite 12?? stature. It would likely be too much bed to add for a taller dog.The ability to convert the trailer to a stroller is a wonderful convenience when we pause a bike ride to enjoy a restaurant with outdoor seating or explore a farmers market or craft fair.We're impressed with Aosom's customer service, too! Aosom was quick to respond and ship a replacement when we reported through Amazon that the trailer/stroller arrived with a broken handle.We're very happy with the Aosom Elite II trailer/stroller and the customer service experience!

Damaged but rectified

The carton arrived damaged but didn't have a chance to refuse as Aosom has a ??no signature required?? policy. The rims & tires were damaged. A few pictures & email rectified the issues with new parts shipped promptly. Easy to assemble. Great product!

Great Product & Company

Although the directions to assemble are basically worthless it was quite easy to assemble with some common sense and skill. Overall it may have taken me about 30 minutes. The company/manufacturer customer service are great and respond quickly. One of the tires blew while inflating and they immediately sent out a replacement one. I contacted customer service team and they emailed response and then tracking number for new tire. I have yet to take the pups for a spin but I was able to get them in/out pretty easily. Otherwise we love it and the versatility & quick change out from stroller to bike carrier and can't wait to start using it.

Worthless instructions

Just go to YouTube and find some videos to help assemble. Clearly someone who doesn't speak English wrote these. Otherwise it wasn't hard to put together as long as you can see images. My two small dogs enjoyed it. We've only used it as a stroller right now, will be hitching to my bike soon to test out.

Great for our arthritic pup.

We purchased this because our 75 pound dog, Mollie gets so excited to go for hikes and walks. In the last 6 months or so she simply can't keep up and she is obviously is no longer enjoying the exercise. We didn't want to leave her home because that would break her heart as well as ours. We weren't sure if she would take to it but her first outing was a success. We let her walk until she tired and then loaded her in. She did protest at first but settled in and seemed to enjoy it. My only complaint is that the assemble instructions were not good. We are eager to take her on another walk this weekend!
