Just set up my coop, so no chickens yet. A little on the small side but good for the price. Assembly was fairly easy but they left out directions for the #17 pieces. Once you get the entire thing put together its pretty obvious where they go. I love it and may actually buy another for quail sometime! I think with a few reinforcements this will make a great home for my girls.

Description indicates size for 2-4 chickens, however coop way too small to comfortably house 4 chickens.

Anyone who keeps their chickens in a coop of any size unless you can fit a large trailer inside needs to consider letting your babes free-range. I have yet to see a large enough coop to keep a chicken confined. This one is EXTREMELY SMALL. But, that's what I wanted. My girls free-range and sleep safely locked up at night. My two girls always piled on top of each other in one nest so this is just perfect for them. Thanks a bunch, PawHut.

Great little coop!

I really liked this coop! Although it was a little smaller than expected, it was perfect for my call duck. It can probably fit 2-3 bantams but I really wouldn't put any more than that. It was pretty easy to assemble and take apart, but the material it was built with doesn't seem the sturdiest. Overall, it is a pretty neat coop! I would recommend it!

Only for locking up at night;)

This is solely for sleeping, being safe and locked up at night. Chickens should free range. Between buying the supplies, tools and painting/staining to help it last longer and time to make it's a great price for 1-4 chickens. To sleep in only, at dusk of course;)
