I love my new printer. I also loved my old printer Imageclass MF4570dw which was in great shape. I was forced to buy the new printer because when I went to download the drivers for my old printer I was told it was retired by you. So to sum things up I have a good printer that I cannot use because you won't give me the drivers

Confusing Setup

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I’ve always held a high regard for Canon products. Their cameras and inkjet printers have been favorites of ours for decades. However my feelings have changed since their Image Class MF462DW Laser All-In-One printer entered our home. I like the design, and the ability to print, scan and fax at high speeds, however the set-up is not user friendly. The engineering team really went out of their way to make it confusing. It is very convenient to copy or print from a smart device. It can even print off of a USB flash drive. However the Canon scanner utility only seems to work if I’m using the printer from my hardwired desktop. I cannot figure out how to scan wirelessly.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Great printer with confusing set-up instructions

I really like this printer. I replaced a Canon ink jet printer that I had for many years with this one. The printer is lightning fast, and the print is very clear. I gave it 4 instead of 5 stars because the set-up instructions while not terrible, could have been better. Some confusing directions. Including more pictures and giving some examples would have been very helpful. I would purchase this printer again.

The scanning feature is on point as well. The only negative was setting it up. I found the instructions a bit confusing.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I am loving this All-In-One Laser printer. The packaging it comes in is quite large and bulky, however, it does protect the product very well. The instructions for removing the printer from the box were in a visible location and were easy to understand and follow. The installation and setup were rather easy and straightforward - this is due to the instructions that came with the printer. Once it is setup, it prints easily and accurately. I do wish that it states which direction the paper prints on in the paper tray, it does not. If I were placing in a letterhead, I would need to run some test sheets in order to confirm which direction it would print on the paper. All in all so worth the price. The quality is exceptional.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I received this printer a week ago and set it up right way and replaced my inkjet printer. Love the fact that this printer comes with a black and white toner cartridge that lasts a lot longer than my other printer cartridges did. We have a small home business and this printer is perfect. Very easy to set up too! Which is a plus. The Home Screen is very user friendly and the has a very high print quality.
I would recommend this to a friend!
