Very Disapointed

Our company runs 40+ Xerox printers and overall have been very happy with them. A little over a year ago we upgraded a C405 to a C415. Big mistake! The service tech was out 3 times during the factory warranty period with no resolution. The printer has repetitive jams as well as terrible noise that can be herd multiple floors away. We are at the point of replacing a 1-year-old printer that has not met our lifespan expectations. We are now wondering if Xerox is still the innovator we have relied on for the last 12 years.

Toner lasted 2 weeks. Bought new toner and the printer says incompatible

It is unfortunate you are experiencing these issues. Xerox does not recommend using anything but Xerox Genuine supplies in Xerox printers, though we do not prevent use of third-party toner cartridges in Xerox printers. Note, however, that Xerox does not offer any guarantee of operability. Rather, third-party manufacturers are entirely responsible for testing the operation of their product in Xerox printers and for maintaining compatibility throughout the printer lifecycle. Pretty decent printer

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Seems to be a pretty good printer, only used it a couple times does great for printing regular documents. Decided to test printing a picture and it done amazing, actually surprised me a lot. It's pretty fast at printing what you need. Only down fall is doesn't seem to hold great connection to internet if your router isn't really close. Plus it took forever to get the app to register the printer for some reason.

Perfect addition to my home office

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Xerox Versalink C415- Once I received it, it took some time to do installation only because it wanted us to login. What took time was to figure out what the password was. It was the machine serial number. Once I logged in, the installation was easy and fast. It came with ink and its own WiFi access point. There is also an app that can help with easy installation. For my home office, it provided easy printing. It was easy to navigate thru the screen options. The pages printed really fast and I did not have to wait for it. I have yet not connected it for fax feasibility but that’s an option I can easily upgrade to. I received this for reviewing from@Influenster and it has been almost a week now and I am loving it so far. A perfect addition to my home office.
