Nice Wine Cooler

We got this almost a year ago. It looks great in our home and love it! We did start having issues with with the temperature which is why I gave it 4 stars. I worked with Melissa in Customer Service and she got a whole new one ready and shipped out to us. Customer Service can be hit or miss and they did an awesome job!

We have had this running now for about a month or two and all seems to be well! When its not running its quiet enough for us. I really don't have any complaints except it did come with a small scratch on the face of it but we feel we can live with that. One zone stayed at the set temp and the other zone does the same. We are happy with it and would purchase another if needed.

Great Wine Fridge

I bought this three years ago and it’s been wonderful having it. I use it within more than just wine. Great to put water and drinks without bulking up the regular fridge. It slick and modern. Love the blue light! Definitely recommend.

These comments are for dual zone SST black wine cooler. Looks really good, as advertised. Packaging was excellent, likely an industry best! Shipping was fast and on schedule, with good communication as to status! As said elsewhere it’s a tight squeeze to get the 29 bottles in there, and if any slightly over sized bottles the count will be lower. It’s very quiet which was critical for our free standing location. Everything works well with exception of precise temp control in top section - I have to put setpoint roughly 5 degrees lower than desired temp to get what I want. The bottom section seems to be spot on, though. I used multiple thermometers for the checks. There is no way to calibrate the cooler control so it’ll always display the wrong temp for the top. That’s only reason for deducting a star in rating. It’s a nice addition to our home! Highly recommend!

Perfect for trash compactor replacement

Excellent Wine Cooler

This is an excellent little wine cooler with a sleek black finish. I installed it in our wet bar under the counter. It's very quite and the blue light adds a really neat look. The ability to set the upper for white wine and the lower for red wine is perfect to keep both at the temperatures we like.
