I had a dent on my wine fridge on the front grill and call customer service. Ingrid was very efficient and sent me a new part within 3 hours!
I would recommend this to a friend!

Like the look.

I bought the product about a month ago and I am a little disappointed. It makes a very strange humming noise and a slight whistle noise. Not sure but don't think it should make those noises.

This unit met my needs perfectly, the double use (built in or free-standing) provides flexibility. The wood shelving adds elegance and the temperature control is easy to adjust. Great product and even better customer service by the Newair team.

There are certainly cheaper (& far more expensive) wine fridges butvive been very happy w/ this product. Looks sleek, blue lighting is nice, but I'm mainly impressed that the temp is very stable and the product is extremely quiet. Customer service has been superb. My only complaint w/ the unit is that it arrived w/ a cracked shelf, but this was immediately replaced at absolutely no charge.
I would recommend this to a friend!

Great Wine Fridge for My Wet Bar

Good product so far. When unpacking I noticed a dent in the door. Called customer service and no hassle there. Very kind and courteous and sending me a new door at no cost. Also gave instruction on how to replace the door.

Remember when you were a kid and running through the sprinkler an a hot summer day. That what this is like only with a Gin and Tonic in your hand. It cools a very large area on our roof deck in Chicago so we can enjoy it much more often.

Bought the awr-520sb with the understanding, from this very website, that the width was going to be 22.40-inches. This would have fit nicely in my current cabinet installation with minimal modifications. After ordering one, hauling it home, unpacking, bringing inside ready to use I grab a tape and measure. Guess what? The width is actually 23.5-inches!! Too wide for my installation into existing cabinetry. Had a cabinet guy come out and give me an estimate to rebuild. One-Thousand bucks. NOPE! Please New-Air have someone update your dimensions on this site. I wasted much time and effort. I do like this refrigerator but could not make it work.
I would recommend this to a friend!
