Replacing a bad ubit

We have enjoyed the unit until it stopped maintaining the desired temperature. I was sent a temperature control replacement part and replaced it. However that did not solve the problem. After contacted Newair again they determined the unit needed to be replaced. I am currently waiting for the replacement and I will then return the bad unit, It has been fairly easy and we are excited to get the new working unit.
I would recommend this to a friend!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] When I unpackaged the wine fridge there were screws rattling around inside the cooler, when I tried to put them back in where they had come out of, they wouldn't even screw back in. The Cooler is cheaply made, the shelves don't come out very far and you can not remove a bottle in the back without taking out the bottles in the front. Most of my wines of NAPA cabs so although it say it's holds 52 bottles I could only get in 31 bottles. Shelves are really cheap, I would not recommend purchasing this product. It does appear to a fairly accurate (within 3 degrees) of the temperature gage.

Great unit and works well! Thanks again for making my day everybody needs a good laugh I want you to know your humor and being able to make a judgment even on a simple problem has made you and your company a customer for life. This is why companies should work keep jobs in the United States, yes it might cost more....but if it were not for you I really would have had a bad taste in my mouth and thought of your company as just another that is all about the bottom line. People make companies....and they are lucky to have had you for 11 years.

Just took delivery of our NewAir wine refrigerator. It was everything we hoped for. We have had six similar models in the past. The NewAir is quiet. Fits 40 bottles of wine & champagne comfortably. The temperature holds consistently. The wooden shelves provide easy sliding & offer bottle flexibility. The product is as described & performs as required! VERY satisfied with purchase & selection.....highly recommend!!

Looks Nice - Waiting on replacement parts

So this was 2 of 2 units I bought to replace some bad Avanti units. For the built in, they are expensive so I'm frustrated that I had to replace so soon. I gave this product 3 starts for a few reasons. Also, I don't know if the one I got even works, as I'm waiting on replacement parts to arrive
1) Shipping - While double boxed, they still managed to drop the box really hard (causing damage inside) and something hit the side, denting the door. So, they are shipping me a new door. Then I finally unboxed today and saw that due to being dropped so hard, the inside control console had come off the screws at the top and was dangling down. I'm very mechanical and secured it with no problem. So I'm not dinging newiar on the shipping as that isn't their fault
2) Quality - Not better than my Avanti units, but then again, those look good but don't work. While the dual fridge has ball bearing sliders on the sides of the shelves, these don't.. So the fact that the units don't have the same stuff is interesting.
Overall not impressed by this unit as it's just average.
The customer support at Newair has been wonderful thusfar, so let's see what happens when my new door arrives.

Beautiful free standing

A friend bought two of this model for side by side in enclave and loved them. So I bought one for freestanding and it is perfect for our open dining room/kitchen. Also bought one for my daughter as a house warming gift!

Perfect fit - love it!!

I bought this about six months ago for our new home. I’ve had many wine fridges in the past and definitely happiest with this one! It stays cold looks great and fits a good amount of bottles. Would definitely recommend it
