Bought from a local store recently whom does no returns for razors, and I've bought the protection plan for it even, although I think mine is possibly defective out of the box unless something else is conflicting, whether it be my skin or just design flaw. Almost cuts no hair whatsoever, but it does cut into my skin pretty well. Gave me a bloody neck on my first attempt using it brand new.
