Didn’t work out of box

Planning to try and return/exchange as it didn’t work out of box. Tried separate cables and other chargers in the same outlet. Must have been a faulty build

Works great, but.....

Purchased online and received an empty box. Called support and was told I would be contacted in 3-5 days (took 8 days), good thing I decided to drive an hour to the nearest Best Buy and solve the problem in person. Bravo Best Buy for making that part of the process easy. The item I finally received worked great. Hopefully Best Buy reviews their shipping practices and warehousing issues. I think this item might have came from a store from that received a "return". The seal was obviously compromised but ended up in my mailbox anyway. Final result, I had to drive an hour to exchange my empty box for the proper item which works great. Cheers....

Recently purchased IPhone 14 Plus. Purchased Power Adapter and was amazed that the charger will fully charge the IPhone within 4 - 5 hours.
I would recommend this to a friend!
