Beautiful appliance

I have had this appliance for about a month. I love the way it looks, but have had a few issues already. However, customer service got a tech out quickly to repair the initial issue. a new issue has come up to day and I will be calling to have this one resolved as well.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Not all simmer

The right front burner does not have a low simmer and the tech said it is not fixable.
This is the most important burner for a right handed person.

Just mediocre

The biggest problem I have with this Range top is that there is no heat indicator to let us know that the stovetop is still hot after using it. Also, my model has the knobs in the front and there have been times when the knobs get turned on because of bumping to them. Also, mine makes a clicking sound and it’s not even two years old.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

If you're hearing a clicking sound when lighting burners, this would be considered normal. This would be the igniter creating a small spark to light the gas that comes from the burners.

Not worth the money

Too much money for this item. It makes a clicking sound on one or two sections. Also it has no indicator to let anyone know if the stovetop is hot after it’s been on. Very dangerous. Not happy with this product. Not worth the money.

Best cooktop ever

Always wanted a 6-burner cooktop that would fit ALL my large pots and pans at the same time. I also got six bonus grates which, when turned over, are wok grates! Tried them and the woks stay perfectly in place with no worries about tipping. Love this cooktop and love cooking again!!

Great Cook Top!

Have only had this range for a couple of months (2) and it has been easy cooking. Burners operate evenly and I really like the extra hot feature. Great investment!
