[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I really had high expectations for this phone been that the last phone I really digged was the note 10 the phone had a feature that when u would usebyour pen to write it would do that live text where the world would spell out in different colors or style also with the pen you were able to control alot of fiction of the phone like talking picture or write in the air or control icon or apps with it I use to play COD with the pen or play any games with it it's seem like the price remained the same put the function are less and also what's up with not providing the box to charge the phone or ear budS BRING THOSE THINGS BACK

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I do like my s25 ultra but the stylus could have been more durable and stays in spot where it's supposed to also I've noticed that on my back side of my phone it has a weak point cuz I noticed on the person's phone that I'm friends with has the s24 their phone is cracked almost in the same exact spot and made the same kind of pattern I guess you would have to say

Fast processor, but s20 16g still best overall
on May 21, 2026

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] After many years, Samsung finally made a phone that is at least an upgraded processor. The s20 ultra is still Superior in just about every way. With the s25 ultra, I have to restart the phone quite regularly because of all the bugs that freeze the platforms. The battery life of the s25 drains a lot quicker than the s20. The camera even though it is supposed to be almost double the megapixel, is blurrier than the s20. Call signals and Wi-Fi connection lengths seem to be worse than the s20. Internet speed is a lot faster thanks to the new processor, which is the only feature I see that is an upgrade from the s20 ultra 16 gig ram. Yes 25 also did not have the option of 16 GB Ram for USA models. You're stuck with 12. Overall, it is a decent phone, unlike yes 21, 22, 23, 24 Ultras. They all had major issues and were a waste of money to try. So since the s20 is becoming outdated, at least there is a decent model now to upgrade to. For those who didn't have the s20 ultra 16 GB Ram, you might have not understand the downgrades in comparison. I won't be going for the s26, as the price is way high, while the phone is really no different than the s25. There's no value in switching and all it is is taking a chance that this model will have the same or Worse bugs, since Samsung doesn't seem to want to fix anything. Galaxy AI spiel is a nice feature, when it actually works, but it's nothing that you can't get with apps or websites. And it's probably just slowing the phone down to have it

excellent product

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Overall, the phone is great, but personally, I feel it tends to overheat when playing games. The S Pen should have Bluetooth connectivity like the previous version, and the camera protectors leave much to be desired.
But to be honest, I really like my phone. The battery lasts a long time, its AI is fantastic, and it's one of my best investments

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I wish they would have kept the notification blue sign like on the Note 20 to let you know somebody's calling you on the phone and I wish they would have kept the Imaging for your pictures the eraser where they can erase the back drops of things that's fine on the 25 but I wish they would have kept that when you can do the image of the pictures and clean it up like on the Galaxy Note 20 they ask feature is pretty fine
