Great accessibility

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I chose to upgrade my S22 to the S25 Ultra because, a upgrade was long overdue and finally once I got it, it didn't disappoint! I felt like I was getting a phone for the first time, it was so easy to use and so many new features like gemini ai made the experience so fun! I constantly use gemini ai for my questions about my dog or terminology for a class, and the translation feature comes in handy as well! As of a year later it runs perfectly well and is in good condition!

Well worth the upgrade

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I chose Samsung by recommendation and past poor experience with other brands. Really meets and exceeds my expectations. Been a loyal customer for years and from my J3, to J7, and then A10 to S10e, and finally my S21 to S25 Ultra everything kept getting better. Hardware, battery compacity, capabilities, etc. I am quite pleased with my S25U and will most definitely get another upgrade in the coming year, the S27 Ultra. The S Pen, while missing out on the Bluetooth version, has really made a difference. From taking a quick note while screen is off (S Pen opens Notes automatically when off) to signing documents, to noting videos or screenshots, it's definitely a go-to and a great addition to the Galaxy devices. The S25U's customization is mostly in depth (sad to lose Samsung Messages) and every app for the most part touches base with almost everything. The b now built-in call screener is a massive plus as well as it has filtered out a lot of spam or scams. And while the 100x zoom is nice, the quality of the picture at that zoom needs serious improvements given the grainy state that is in right now. The now-defaulting of E-Sim usage is a bonus, but I wish the physical slot was then changed to continue supporting SD cards. While I have not quite maxed out my phone's space, it is getting quite close and a SD card would be amazing, especially with the sizes that mobile apps are growing to.

Camera Capabilities

When photographing products, the little details matter. Whether it's intricate designs, fine textures, reflective surfaces, or subtle variations in color, the S25 Ultra does an amazing job of bringing those features to life. The 200MP camera captures an impressive amount of detail, producing sharp, high-quality images that really showcase the craftsmanship of an item.
I'm particularly impressed by how well the camera captures small details that might otherwise be overlooked. Being able to zoom in on a photo and still see the textures and finer elements is a huge advantage when creating product listings or showcasing handmade pieces.
For anyone who sells products online, creates content, or simply appreciates high-quality photography, this camera is an excellent tool. Having this level of photographic capability in something I can carry in my pocket is fantastic.

Warranty void for water damage

Phone worked ok for about 2 months until the phone got hot and the screen went white one day so I took it in under warranty repair, which was denied claiming that the phone had water damage. Phone was never submerged in water and they claim its waterproof up to 15 meters under water. The Liquid Damage Indicator strip didnt even turn pink. Ive been a loyal Samsung customer for as long as I can remember but after this experience I think its time to go somewhere that appreciates my business.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

One Year With My S25 Ultra

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I had my previous phone, a S20+ since 2019 and I had decided that it was time for an upgrade. I chose to buy the S25 Ultra for my upgrade, and it was genuinely one of the best decisions I could have made.
I needed a phone that could handle my work tasks. Something could handle several files, switching between apps constantly, and physically sturdy. The S25 Ultra is a bit on the bigger side but the screen is perfect for someone like myself who doesn't have the best eyesight in the world. I am a tad but clumsy and I've dropped the phone a couple times, both with and without a case or screen protector, and not even a scratch was made.
This phone is sturdy and perfect for someone who does a lot of work through their phone.
My only complaint is that it gets warm while scrolling through SNS apps like TikTok and Instagram even when I don't have other apps open at the same time.
Aside from the phone getting warm in these situations. I have zero complaints and love my phone!

Best phone I’ve owned in years—worth every penny

Coming from older Android devices, the first thing that blows you away is the screen. That 6.9-inch AMOLED display is vivid and crisp, but the anti-reflective coating is the real killer feature. Outdoor glare is practically gone, making it usable even under direct midday sun without squinting.
The hardware refinements are spot on. Samsung finally rounded off those sharp corners from previous generations, so it actually feels comfortable in your hand without digging into your palm during long sessions. The titanium frame gives it a solid, ultra-premium feel without adding unnecessary weight.
Performance-wise, the Snapdragon 8 Elite chip paired with 12GB of RAM handles heavy multitasking, gaming, and editing without breaking a sweat or overheating. Battery life is easily 1.5 to 2 days on regular use, and the quad-camera system captures sharp, color-accurate photos. The upgraded 50MP ultrawide and 200MP main sensor deliver incredible detail, even when zoomed in.
My only minor complaint is that charging speed is still capped at 45W, taking about an hour to top up, but with battery life this good, it’s rarely an issue. The S Pen is fantastic for quick notes and precision editing. If you want top-tier cameras, unmatched performance, and a stunning display, this is the flagship to get.
