Same product as before but updates suck

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I chose Samsung about 15 years ago and have stayed with them ever since. I normally will get every other one of the new phones but im a little disappointed in the 25 Ultra, but mostly because of the updates causing the phone to lag. The battery life isn't the best but definitely still better than the older ones, a year in. I use my phone for literally everything, so it operating at top level all the time needs to happen, but lately, it lags over everything. Send a text, 30 minutes later it may go through. App crashing, can't avoid it or figure out the cause. So far, I've been told my options are to just get a new phone.

My choice was a Samsung S25 Ultra

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I chose the Samsung S25 Ultra as my phone because for me it was just a no-brainer. I have been using Samsung since before the Note 5 and this phone was just the obvious and best choice. From, job related paperwork, to every day use; family pictures and video. This phone is my daily workhorse. I wouldn't change it for any other phone; except maybe a Samsung S26 Ultra. Lol

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I love my Galaxy 25S Ultra. I chose this because I have been a Galaxy fan since the first one came out. The phone is fast for streaming and playing games. I do most of my video conferences and online medical appointments with no issues at all. There are so many safety and user features that I haven't even used them all. Can't wait for the S27 Ultra to come out so I can upgrade my phone and watch at the same time.

An absolutely amazing phone.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I choose Galaxy series exclusively until recently because it’s so easy to use and packed with useful features. I do miss the ability to use the S Pen as a remote shutter when taking photos, though. Honestly, I think Galaxy is the best phone out there, and I plan to keep using it in the future.

After using it, I’m impressed with the overall design, performance, and range of features. I especially like how convenient it is for staying connected, checking information quickly, and keeping track of my daily activities without constantly reaching for my phone.
The display is clear and responsive, and the device feels well designed and premium. Samsung has done a great job combining useful technology with an easy-to-use experience. I’m still discovering some of the features, but so far I’m very happy with my choice. It has become a useful part of my daily routine, and I’m looking forward to getting even more out of it as I continue using it.
