Perfect Upgrade

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The features like the Galaxy AI, the Google Capture and search, the camera, and enhanced precision of the s pen are great. I had my old S22 Ultra for a while because I love it so much until my husband surprised me with this new one.
The phone is sturdier,l which is awesome and it's purple!

Great features and Easy to Use

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The features on the s24 Ultra are awesome. The Galaxy AI is intuitive and makes searches so much easier. My only experienced problem is that my charging port no longer works. Happened shortly after I was outside in the rain for a little while. I usually only use a charging pad so I didn't notice any issue until a week later.

We've taken note of your concerns about the charging port not functioning properly. Samsung offers a 12-month limited warranty for manufacturer defects. Additionally, you have the option to add additional coverage with Samsung Care+ on eligible devices, which offers extended protection and additional support. S24 ultra review

1. Security- amazing will get fraud alert in message if there is any spam messages and spam calls.
2. Camera - works great with clear Pictures and zoom capabilities
Little improvement required in night photography but video is stable and gives great result
3.Other AI Features like tab to search and live translate works fine.
4. Battery works great

Great upgrade from the S22 Ultra

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I use this device for remote login to my PCs for work, streaming, note taking, video, pictures, and conference calls. This phone has been amazing!
The S22 Ultra was a great phone, don't get me wrong. But being in IT, I pay attention to memory and speed. The S22 would consistently run below 5GB of RAM, with the 12 GB model. The S24 consistently stays above 6. That 1 to 1.5 GB makes a huge difference in speed of the device.
The use of the S Pen is amazing as well. I constantly have to record serial numbers for my job. The ability to pull the text from images and paste them into emails or texts is such a time saver for both parties involved.
The brightness of the screen in auto mode is so much more accurate than the previous device. On the S22 I would change the brightness myself, because the auto was just not on par. But the S24 nails it. I never have to adjust the brightness manually.
I have paired this device with my galaxy watch 5 and my galaxy pro 2 buds, and everything works perfectly! This is a fantastic device! Highly recommend it to everyone I talk to!

The ability to get the job done hands free with galaxy a.i without having to using anything other thing then your fabulous voice is crazy good. The s pen is so accurate it's literlly like your writing on paper with a pen, that's how accurate it is. I have had samsung literlly all of my life, (obviously my parents have good taste).

Great All Around Phone

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I'm a long-time techie whose always built my own computers and craved the latest in electronics. I put off my phone upgrade for a few months out of caution coming from the S20 Ultra. I was immediately impressed. The battery on this phone lasts days despite watching videos on YouTube, TikTok, and IG, playing games for a few hours, and spending far too much time on FB and reddit. The camera has been a huge upgrade. I was already impressed with the s20 but this is a great big step forward supporting RAW photography and a really clean, hi res slow motion. It's been months now and I'm in love with this phone. The only issue I have is trying to put it down!
