Love the phone a little better than the S23 ultra I had, but I cannot figure out how to take advantage of the add ons ie youtube, sirius and others

I can't get my hands off it!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I love my s24 Ultra. I pretty much use it all day for work and stay connected with my family. The screen is amazing. So bright and when outside I see barely any reflections! The phone has really drawn me in to the ecosystem and learning new things everyday like Galaxy AI! I love the new photo editing AI features if I need to remove or fix a photo with my S Pen. Another thing is that it barely gets hot. Idk how it does it but I'm impressed!

My first flagship and I chose the right one

My only complaints are it's so big I can't operate it with just one hand and it doesn't fit in my pocket but I know the larger screen size is something a lot of people want. Still learning the Galaxy AI but I'm a pro with making exes disappear in photos lol

However I have noticed if I have multiple applications open then it starts having problems and I have to close all the applications in order to get my current app to work correctly. That applies to Bluetooth devices or just simply entering information in in a separate web browser on another app. The device has to be restarted quite often because it doesn't like to multitask.

Too many bugs in the software

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This is my first time getting into samsung flagship series. The phone has many software issues.
1. Google maps stucks and does not respond to the touch, some times the keypad doesn't show up while pressingon the search bar.
2. After using WhatsApp or Instagram call the phone strucks in on the call mode making alarm does work and ear buds volume does not change
3. Many apps are not running smoothly like Mcdonald app, Facebook etc.
