So my 2 years old S22 ultra stopped working all of a sudden and I had to get a new phone and upgraded to the S24 ultra. Since I am comparing to a 2 years old model it didn't make much difference besides the better battery life and maybe slightly faster. That is about the only pros I had notice so far. The cons so far are the camera when I take a picture everything looks really pale or have a white tint to it. The picture does not look natural and looks pretty bad to be honest. The speaker on my old S22 ultra seems to be louder too, I have to almost always put my volume close to max in order to hear things clearly on the s24 ultra but while I was using my S22 ultra before it broke I set the volume about 25-50% most of the time.

Hey John! It's always great to hear from you and get your feedback. We noticed that you're inquiring about the Galaxy S24 Ultra. From the titanium frame hardware to the AI-packed software, the Galaxy S24 Ultra offers an enhanced experience compared to its predecessor. Additionally, the Galaxy S24 Ultra features a Quad Tele camera system that can capture clearer, higher resolution zoomed-in photos compared to the Galaxy S23 Ultra. We recommend using the pro mode in your camera settings to manually adjust settings such as ISO, shutter speed, and exposure levels, express your own style with filters, or adjust the white balance settings to accommodate different lighting conditions. I will be attaching a link that will help you troubleshoot your S24's sound. If this persists, please reach out to us at Samsung Support for more assistance. -Kelvin https://www.samsung.com/uk/support/mobile-devices/what-to-do-if-the-sound-on-your-galaxy-smartphone-is-not-working-properly/ (sound) smsng.us/Samsung-Support smsng.us/Facebook-Messenger smsng.us/Twitter-Messages smsng.us/Samsung-Community smsng.us/Warranty-Info smsng.us/Samsung-Care-Plus
Its definitely upgrade from my Note 9 in terms of performance and battery life. But there are some downsides, mostly the lack of extra features on the phone (magnetic samsung pay and sd card support are my two big ones) and in the unboxing experience. My old note 9 came with a charger, headphones, and s-pen tip replacements that I did inevitably end up using. Now its just a phone and a dual usb c cable. Wish it came with a charger so I can fully utilize super fast charging without spending more on chargers.

Thank you for your honest feedback, Victor. Your feedback never goes unnoticed as we strive to bring the best products to our customers. We're very pleased to hear that you like the phone. We understand that the look and feel of your device are essential to our customers. The Galaxy S24 Ultra display also has better visibility than its predecessors due to a higher peak brightness of 2600 nits and newly applied Corning Gorilla Armor. We recommend that you check out the Screen Mode setting on your device to customize the color settings to match your preferences. To do so, from Settings, tap Display, and then tap Screen mode. Tap Vivid or Natural. If you choose Vivid, you can adjust the slider to make the display look cooler or warmer. You can also tap Advanced settings to manually adjust the screen's color. If you have any questions or concerns, please do not hesitate to reach out to us at Samsung Support. -Kelvin smsng.us/Samsung-Support smsng.us/Facebook-Messenger smsng.us/Twitter-Messages smsng.us/Samsung-Community smsng.us/Warranty-Info smsng.us/Samsung-Care-Plus
